His first USPTO patents were issued when he founded Intellicheck: a publicly-traded company on the NASDAQ stock exchange.
Todd earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Dowling College. He continues serving his community as a firefighter on Long Island for over thirty years and is an elected official: serving as a Fire Commissioner for over ten years.
Howard Scott is a senior business development and strategy specialist with over 35 years of experience in a variety of mature industries. Howard has vast business operations, P&L, customer service, sales, and marketing experience in various industries including Technology, Food and Beverage, Hospitality, and Sports Management. He demonstrates excellent communication skills, creates positive relations with staff and customers, handles fast-paced operations, and builds strong interpersonal relationships.
Howard earned a B.A. in Communications from Penn State University in 1987.
Allen is a registered patent practitioner and scientist. Allen earned his Ph.D. in Chemistry at the University of California, Riverside in 2017 where his research focused on the monocarba-closo-dodecaborate carborane anion for use in catalyst design.
Allen spent his entire professional career working for startup companies in the Silicon Valley, conducting research as well as managing the intellectual property (IP) portfolios. Allen saw that for many startups, there was little to no synergy between the new technology, the IP, and business needs of the company. Thus, Allen focuses on filling this void.
